The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to transfer the petitioner who is physically handicapped being permanent disability, being 40% blind, from district Patiala to any available seat within District Mansa or State Patwar School at Jalandhar. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Punjab, Chandigarh had vide order dated 16.06.2023, Annexure P-9, on request submitted by the petitioner had directed the competent authority to issue orders for considering her adjustment on the post of Vice Principal, State Patwar School, Jalandhar, however there being no action thereon, she submitted a representation dated 30.05.2025, Annexure P-17, however, it has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the MOHIT GOYAL 2025.07.23 09:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 30.05.2025 within a period of 1 month, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
