(Oral) At the time of issuing notice of motion, appellant-husband was directed to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the respondent-wife in the shape of Bank draft as interim litigation expenses. However, appellant failed to pay the same or furnish correct address for service on the respondent. As a result, he was given an opportunity vide order dated December 19, 2018 to do the needful. As he failed to comply with this order, another opportunity was granted to him vide order dated May 02, 2019. Registry has reported that the counsel for the appellant has not furnished correct address till now. Even today, appellant remains unrepresented.

In view of the above, it feels that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal. Same is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.
