(ORAL) Through this appeal, filed along with application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of 07 days' delay, claimants have claimed enhancement of compensation by modifying the impugned Award dated 06.05.2017 of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandigarh (for short-'the Tribunal'), in their claim petition filed under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 - Insurance Company submits that applicant-appellants have already been granted compensation in excess by the Tribunal. Therefore, there is no scope of further enhancement in compensation.
