Since one of the grievance in this intra-court appeal is that the learned Single Judge has dismissed the appellant's writ petition by referring a wrong provision of Rules which the appellant has unfortunately not placed on record, we dismiss this appeal with liberty to the appellant to file a review application alongwith complete set of Rules and make out a case before the learned Single Judge that he is entitled to the benefits sought in the writ petition, under such Rules or that there is no bar under those Rules against the release of retiral benefits.
