This is a petition under Section 482 CrPC for directing the respondent No.3 for taking action on the representation dated 07.08.2023 (Annexure P-6).

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that a detailed representation had been given on 07.08.2023 addressed to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur. However, no action has been taken on the same.
