The necessary declaration under Section 12(5) of the Act, as sought from Justice K.C.Puri, a former Judge of this Court, has been received vide letter dated 28.12.2023 and is placed on record.

The parties conjointly agree and submit that in view of the previous order dated 08.12.2023 passed by this Court, Justice K.C.Puri, may be appointed as an arbitrator.

In the circumstances, Justice K.C.Puri, a former Judge of this Court is appointed as an arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties.
