Widow and children of deceased-Ranbir Singh have filed the present appeal for enhancement of compensation. The Tribunal vide award dated 14.02.2019 had awarded an amount of 7,68,000/- along with interest ₹ to the appellants as compensation on account of death of deceasedRanbir Singh. 2.

It has been jointly pointed out that the present matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and vide detailed agreement dated 06.08.2025 entered into between the parties, the matter has been settled and the Insurance Company has agreed to pay an additional compensation of 3,70,000/- to the appellant No.1/claimant No.1. ₹ It is submitted that the said compromise has been entered into voluntarily PUNEET SACHDEVA 2026.02.13 13:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

FAO No.6114 of 2019 -2and that the said amount of 3,70,000/- has already been paid to the ₹ appellant No.1/claimant No.1. It is jointly submitted that in the said circumstances, the present appeal be disposed of. 3.

Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the present appeal is disposed of in view of the compromise entered into between the parties.
