1. The petitioner seeks issuance of directions to the official respondents to add offence punishable under Section 452 IPC and also to arrest all the accused in FIR no.71, dated 21.02.2024, Police Station City Mandi, Dabwali, District Sirsa, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 506 IPC.

4. Learned State counsel has informed that three accused are specifically named in the FIR and others are not named and that as on date a total four accused stands arrested and have been released on bail as all the offences were bailable. It has also been informed that the matter is under investigation.

5. In view of the aforestated position, but without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, to ensure that the matter arising out of the aforesaid FIR is got investigated fairly and expeditiously so that a final report be submitted thereafter at the earliest.

6. A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, for necessary compliance.
