(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of appropriate directions to the respondents No.2 to 4 to investigate and register an FIR under appropriate sections of IPC against respondent No.5 keeping in view the judgment passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. and others in Writ Petition (Criminal) No.68 of 2008, decided on 12.11.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.3Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 05.6.2023 (Annexure P-1) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner.
