The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to consider the report dated 16.01.2014 (Annexure P-1) and modify the order dated 12.04.2016 (Annexure P-2). A further prayer has been made for directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 04.07.2024 (Annexure P-3). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2 (Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal) to decide the representation dated 04.07.2024 (Annexure P-3). 3.
