In deference to the orders dated 02.08.2016 and 05.09.2016, the Executive Council of Maharshi Dayanand University ((MDU), Rohtak, has resolved on 24.09.2016 to regularise the admissions made by the appellantCollege for the Session 2013-14 subject to fine of Rs.2 lacs imposed on the College.

In our considered view, the decision taken by the University is quite fair, just and equitable.
