(ORAL) It is undisputed that when proceedings under Sections 145 and 146 Cr.P.C. were initiated by the SDO (Civil) cum SDM, Phillaur, a civil suit between the parties was pending and in fact injunction application has been decided against which an appeal was pending before the learned Additional District Judge, directing the parties to maintain status quo. In view of well settled proposition of law as enunciated in various judgments of Hon'ble the Supreme Court, learned Additional Sessions Judge, has accepted the revision and set aside the order passed by SDO (Civil) cum SDM, Phillaur, invoking the jurisdiction under Sections RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2019.09.20 09:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-39764-2019 145 and 146 Cr.P.C. The order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, is in detail and in consonance with the law. Hence, no grounds to interfere are made out.
