IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH LPA-1759-2016 (O&M) Date of Decision: September 14, 2016 Dr.Malkit Singh Mann .....Appellant

Versus

Punjab Public Service Commission and others ......Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE SURYA KANT HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDIP AHLUWALIA

Present:

Mr.PKS Phoolka, Advocate for the appellant.

Mr.A.S.Cheema, Advocate for the Caveator.

........

SURYA KANT, J.

Learned counsel for the appellant states at the outset that the facts of his case are totally different than those of the lead case which have been elaborately dealt with by the learned Single Judge while deciding all the cases by way of a composite order.

Since the appellant got his case clubbed alongwith other cases and apparently did not ask for segregation of the same, the contention noticed above cannot be entertained at the appellate stage. Dismissed.

However, liberty is granted to the appellant to move an appropriate application before learned Single Judge for raising such a plea. ( SURYA KANT ) JUDGE September 14, 2016 ( SUDIP AHLUWALIA ) meenuss JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned :
