*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) An affidavit on behalf of respondent No.2 has been filed in Court. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Managing Director of respondent No.2 is present. Chief Engineer, (Canals), Water Resources Department, is present on behalf of Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department. He submits that the Principal Secretary had to attend a meeting of the Council of Ministers and thus, he could not come present personally. A short affidavit has been filed in this regard.

Learned State counsel submits that the confusion has been resolved. Nakka has been provided. Connection shall become functional within 10 days.
