       Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.80 dated 18.05.2019, registered at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga, under Sections 325, 323 and 34 IPC and Sections 302, 148 and 149 IPC (added later on). Vide order dated 09.12.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioners had been directed to appear before the trial Court within ten days from that day and on their doing so, they were ordered to be released on ad interim anticipatory bail.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Iqbal Singh, submits that in compliance of the order dated 09.12.2021, the petitioners have appeared before the trial Court/Duty Magistrate and have been released on ad interim anticipatory bail.
