The present application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for preponement of the main case, which is fixed for 14.11.2023. 2.
Without commenting on the reasons recorded therein, the application stands allowed and the main case is taken on Board today itself. CRWP-8697-2023 1.
Vide order dated 28.09.2023, ASI Gurmail Singh has submitted that the matter has already been looked into and the statements of petitioners as well as respondent No. 4 have been recorded which are contrary to each other and the authorities are already investigating the matter.

In light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press the present petition and accordingly prays for withdrawal of the same.
