The appellant filed writ petition in the year 2016 claiming study leave, i.e. paid leave for two years when she underwent Nursing Grade Course from 15.05.1996 to 14.05.1998. Learned Single Judge has dismissed her writ petition on the ground of delay and laches. No exception can be taken to the view taken by the learned Single Judge as it was neither a case of continuous nor recurring cause of action.

Dismissed.
