C.W.P. No. 24344 of 2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take into consideration Annexure P-25 and pass an order.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in case such a direction is issued.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.3 and 4 to decide the case of the petitioner by taking into consideration Annexure P-25.
