(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 278, dated 02.05.2022, under 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC at Police Station Sector-8, Faridabad. A perusal of the petition reveals that in paragraph 19 of the petition, it has been mentioned that the petitioner is not a previous convict, whereas the State's reply specifically mentions about criminal history of the petitioner. Since the petitioner has concealed his previous history, therefore, the present petition is dismissed.

Liberty is reserved to file a fresh petition. It is clarified that in case, the fresh petition is filed then dismissal of the present petition, which is not on merits, shall not come in the way. In case, the petitioner files the next bail petition, he shall also annex the copies of the bail orders in all the previous FIRs which are pending trials. All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
