This petition has been filed under Section 528 read with Section 529 of BNSS (corresponding to Sections 482/483 Cr.P.C) and all other enabling provisions in this regard praying that in the wake of critical events, facts and circumstances that have arisen on account of filing of representation dated 26.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioner to the respondents alongwith all documents, since the funds issued by the Central as well as State Govt. For the purpose of development in the rural area of village Bai (Mewat) under various schemes have been embezzled by the Sarpanch along-with officials of Haryana Panchayati Raj at Block as well as District Level.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 26.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.5- Deputy Commissioner, Nuh District Renu Rawat 2025.07.22 18.04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-38712-2025 Mewat, Haryana but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent respondent No.5- Deputy Commissioner, Nuh District Mewat, Haryana to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to r respondent No.5- Deputy Commissioner, Nuh District Mewat, Haryana to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 26.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
