The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 03.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-9451-2025, whereby respondents were directed to decide the legal notice dated 29.10.2024 filed by the petitioners. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 03.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-9451-2025, learned counsel for the respondent has produced a copy of the speaking order dated 18.09.2025 passed by the Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the speaking order dated 18.09.2025 passed by the Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula.
