(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.275, dated 2.8.2022 at Police Station City Ferozepur, District Ferozepur, under Sections 409 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code and Section 13 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Amendment Act of 2018). However, today at the very outset, learned State counsel has informed that the petitioner already stands arrested.
