(ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 606 dated 05.12.2023 (Annexure P1) registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 376(2)(n), 506 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act at Police Station Bhiwani City, District Bhiwani (Haryana).

Custody certificate dated 02.09.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone the custody period of 8 months and 18 days as an undertrial. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
