(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS 2023 is for quashing of Criminal Complaint bearing COMI-38-2021 dated Nil, registered under Sections 452, 354, 323, 324, 506 IPC at Police Station City Faridkot (Annexure P-1) and summoning order dated 29.11.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridkot as well as all subsequent proceedings qua the present petitioner.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
