(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of order dated 28.08.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Rupnagar vide which the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender, therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy in accordance with law. In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn as liberty aforementioned.
