AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The petitioner having been declared to be a proclaimed offender, (with interim orders passed by the trial Court having been fairly annexed with the petition itself), I see no ground to entertain this petition seeking the concession of anticipatory bail, which is consequently dismissed.

However, upon the petitioner surrendering before the trial Court and filing any application for bail under the provisions of Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., that would be dealt with on its own merits, very expeditiously.
