(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of complaint under Domestic Violence Act, 2005 bearing No. COMA/42821/2022 dated 04.08.2022 and impugned notice/summoning order dated 04.08.2022 passed by learned JMIC, Ludhiana (Annexures P2 and P-3) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Perusal of the order sheets shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last 2 dates of hearing i.e. 28.08.2023 and 15.03.2024. Today also, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the present petition.
