    ,,,,  !%( (*!+ +*$$-&  $  Prayer in this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for quashing of FIR No. 56 dated 30.07.2011 registered under Sections 323 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in Police Station Lambra, District Jalandhar with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom in view of the compromise (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
