Petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of order dated 16.08.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that petitioner shall appear before the appellate court i.e. the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul and shall argue the appeal on 05.09.2024 i.e. the date fixed. 3.

The present petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to appear before the appellate court i.e. the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul on 05.09.2024 i.e. the date stated to be fixed before the appellate court at Narnaul. Since, the learned counsel for the petitioner has assured that the petitioner shall appear before the appellate court i.e. the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul and the appeal shall be argued on 05.09.2024, the arrest of the petitioner is stayed till 05.09.2024.
