Since learned State counsel has pointed out that in the order passed by the State Information Commission, Haryana, Chandigarh, copy Annexure P-6, it has been specifically mentioned that the appellant will be at liberty to file complaint, in case of non-compliance of the Commission's order by 5.11.2020 and thereafter the case will be re-opened under penal proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition granting him liberty to approach the Commission by way of filing a complaint, as mentioned in the impugned order itself.
