On 15.12.2025, the following order was passed:- "The petitioner through instant petition, on the basis of compromise is seeking quashing of FIR No.43 dated 27.02.2020 registered at Police Station Goindwal Sahib, Tehsil Khadur Sahib and District Tarn Taran, Punjab (Annexure P-1) under Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000 and Section 506 of IPC, 1860.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Jatinder Pal Singh, Sr. DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1 State. Mr. Ajay Kumar, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2. He undertakes to file Power of Attorney on the next date of hearing. Parties including victim/injured, complainant and any other victim may appear before learned trial Court/Area Magistrate concerned on the date fixed before the Trial Court or any other date convenient to said Court and get their statements recorded with regard to compromise, subject to the payment of KUSUM 2026.02.12 18:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC Chandigarh

As per report of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khadur Sahib, Tarn Taran dated 09.02.2026, the parties have not appeared before the concerned Court to get their statements recorded in terms of the afore-mentioned order.
