(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 123 dated 12.4.2018, registered under Sections 392, 397 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, Police Station Tauru, District Nuh. Vide order dated 22.10.2019 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 22.10.2019, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kamal Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated GURPREET SINGH 2020.02.28 17:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chadigarh
