At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall be satisfied, if in pursuance of the impugned order, a request is made to the Indian Security Press at Nashik, to conduct the verification expeditiously and in these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to pursue with the present petition and seek permission to withdraw the same, with the aforesaid request. In view of the submission, so made, the present petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, in view of the impugned order dated 01.09.2022, vide which, application for seeking examination of the revenue stamp affixed on the pronote had been allowed, learned Court below shall send the documents for examination to Indian Security Press at Nashik, with a request to the concerned Security Press to conduct the process of examination, expeditiously.
