(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that after passing of the order dated 8th of July, 2022 whereby bail application of the petitioner was declined now the petitioner has also been charged for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the IPC vide order dated 26th of August, 2022 and thus, prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one.
