(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No.152 dated 12.05.2020 under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC and later on added Section 370 IPC and Sections 10, 24 of the Immigration Act, registered at Police Station District Sadar Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, as have been raised in the present petition, before the trial Court. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. (NAMIT KUMAR) 30.11.2022 JUDGE R.S.
