Versus
STATE OF PUNJAB ... Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARNARESH SINGH GILL
Present:
Mr. JS Dadwal, Advocate for the petitioner.
Mr. Joginder Pal Ratra, Sr. DAG, Punjab.
**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his argument that the petitioner being an old-aged person and suffering from various ailments, will move an application seeking exemption of his personal appearance before the Court below and the same be ordered to be decided by the concerned Court, at the earliest. He further submits that the petitioner will appear before the Court below, as and when called for. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to decide the exemption application of the petitioner, if any, sympathetically and at the earliest, in accordance with law. 12.10.2022 (HARNARESH SINGH GILL) Aman Jain JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned :
