(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 09.06.2025 (Annexure P-9) passed by learned Divisional Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak, whereby the partition proceedings initiated at the instance of the petitioner have been set aside including the Sanad Taksim and the matter has been remanded back to learned Assistant Collector for deciding the matter afresh. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would not press the present petition for setting aside order dated 09.06.2025 (Annexure P-9), however, he submits that appropriate directions be issued to learned Assistant Collector 2nd Grade, Charkhi Dadri for time bound decision of the case. 3.

Given the nature of the order being passed, there is no necessity to serve the private respondents.

Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of as not pressed; however, considering the fact that the matter is pending since the year 2018, I deem it appropriate to direct that the partition proceedings be concluded by learned Assistant Collector within a period of six months from the next date, as fixed by learned Assistant Collector; subject to any legal impediment or order passed by any of the higher authorities.
