RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 CR.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.112, dated 10.07.2021, under Sections 22, 25 and 29 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City-2, Mansa, Punjab (Section 25 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 deleted later on vide Rapat No.87, dated 24.08.2021 and Section 29 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 added vide DDR No.56, dated 10.07.2021).

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition.
