RAMENDRA JAIN, (ORAL) Through this appeal, claimants have claimed enhancement of compensation, modifying the impugned Award dated 18.09.2017 of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mewat (for short-'the Tribunal'), awarding compensation to the tune of `4,45,000/- along with interest @ 7% per annum from the date of filing of claim petition till realization, on account of death of their minor son-Farhan, aged around 5 years, in a motor vehicular accident occurred on 30.11.2016.

Heard.

Considering the amount of compensation awarded to the appellants against death of their minor child, this Court is not inclined to differ with the findings returned by the Tribunal. Thus, the instant appeal is dismissed.
