It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was working with the respondent-Bank as Sweeper (daily wages), however, he has been dis-engaged by the respondent-Bank without following the procedure as laid down by the respondent-Bank. 2.
Prima facie the issue would thus pertains to an unlawful retrenchment/termination of services of the petitioner by the respondentBank which would be amenable to the remedy of the Labour Court. 3.
In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
