RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to quash FIR No.0008, dated 25.01.2019, under Section 306 IPC (Sections 120 and 120-B IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Ajitwal, District Moga and all other proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as petitioner has since been acquitted and hence the present petition be dismissed as such. Allowed as prayed for.
