The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of criminal complaint bearing No.Com./153/2018 titled as Kulwant Singh vs. Tarsem Kaur @ Asha Rani and others, Annexure P-1, and to quash all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage with liberty to take up all pleas at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law. 3.
