Perusal of record would show that vide order dated 12.11.2021, HMA No.164 titled 'Ajay Kumar vs Renu Bala' was transferred to the Court of Additional Principle Judge, Family Court, Hoshiarpur. The said order has not been challenged by the petitioner in any appropriate forum.

Prayer in the present writ petition is that respondent No.1 be directed not to transfer the case of the petitioner from Hoshiarpur to Garshankar, without challenging the order dated 12.11.2021.
