(ORAL) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in pursuance of direction contained in the order dated 16.09.2019, petitioner has already made a representation dated 23.09.2019, received in the office of respondents on 24.09.2019 vide diary No.64207 and he would be satisfied in case candidature of petitioner is considered keeping in view of the explanation given in the representation.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Director, School Education, Directorate of School Education, Plot No.1/B, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider representation dated 23.09.2019 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner running from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
