RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to conduct reinvestigation in case FIR No.40, dated 11.03.2021, under Section 302/328/34 IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act , registered at Police Station Machhroli, District Jhajjar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to her under the law. Allowed as prayed for.
