(Oral) This writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to finalize and decide the partition application dated 22.07.1996 (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he wants to withdraw this petition.
