(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Susheel submits that the accused Yashpreet Singh in the FIR, which is the subject matter of this petition i.e. No.22 dated 15.1.2014, under Sections 406, 420, 498-A and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Ambala City, has been acquitted by the learned trial Court vide order dated 31.5.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
