Through the instant petition, the petitioner has sought the concession of his being enlarged on regular bail, in FIR No.175 dated 30.08.2020, under Sections 302, 458, 323, 324, 171, 148, 149 of the IPC, and, Section 25 of the Arms Act (Section 120-B of the IPC added subsequently), registered at P.S. Khui Khera, District Fazilka. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to, at this stage, withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to re-access this Court, in case there occurs inordinate delay in conclusion of trial.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
