(ORAL) Through this appeal, claimants have sought enhancement of compensation, modifying impugned award dated 07.02.2017 of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sirsa (in short 'the Tribunal'). Learned counsel for both the parties submit that according to compromise in between them, respondent No.3-Insurance Company would pay lump sum `5,80,000/-, which includes interest component over and above `13,95,800/- awarded by the Tribunal, to the appellantclaimants. Heard.

In view of above, respondent No.3 - Insurance Company, through its counsel is directed to deposit the aforesaid enhanced amount of compensation before the learned Tribunal within one month from today for onward disbursement to the appellant-claimants, in proportion RAVINDER SINGH 2019.12.16 12:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-2FAO No.4148 of 2017 so arrived at by it, in accordance with law against proper receipt and identification.

In case aforesaid enhanced amount is not deposited within stipulated time, Insurance Company would be liable to pay the same with interest @15% per annum from the date of expiry of one month. Disposed of .
