(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 24.07.2021 (Annexure P-7), whereby recording of evidence has been ordered against the petitioner pertaining to investigating 18 charges under Section 34 (a) of the BSF Act, which stipulates punishment for making false allegation against a person; along with certain other prayers.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even on second call.

In view of the above, the petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
